Present Perfect Simple and Continuous

Present Perfect Simple :

The structure is  have/has + Past Participle.

Example: 
  • She has done her work.
  • I have gone to see her in the hospital.
  • He has broken the window pane.

Present Perfect Continuous :

The Structure is have/has + been + ing.

Example: 
  • They has been discussing the project since two years.
  • He has been seeing her for two years.
  • My mother has been teaching in a school for many years. 
- We use Present Perfect Tense to express an event or activity which has a link to the present.
- We use it for the things which happened in the past but the result is now.
