GRAMMAR INCORRECT TO CORRECT:

Incorrect: A new restaurant is in Cannaught Place, Delhi.

Correct: There's a new restaurant in Cannaught Place, Delhi.

GRAMMAR: We use there ...when we talk about something for the first time, to say that exists.
